Juan Carlos Perez, born in Dominican Republic, received a scholarship to play baseball and study at Glove Community College in New York, USA and graduated with a Sports Management degree. 

​

Upon graduating he returned to the Dominican Republic and opened a baseball academy to help other youngmen use the game of baseball to obtain an education and/or professional contract in the USA. He knew that most of these young men in the Dominican Republic lacked the economic resources to be able to achieve their full potential as players and student athletes.  Therefore he made sure this academy would provide them with proper nutrition, training, education, and support system that would put them in a position to be offered scholarships and professional baseball contracts.  18 years later this same academy has grown into one of the best academies in the Dominican Republic but also into full services baseball institution for baseball prospects and professionals called Perez Elite9  Management. 

 

Our baseball academy players have gone on to sign professional contracts with the Boston Red Soxs, New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies, Tampa Bay Rays, as well as Double A and Triple A minor league teams, and other independent professional baseball leagues.

CONSULTING:  

  • We have in house consultants that work with families, players, teams, and organizations to provide consulting services within the amateur and professional baseball industry.

SCOUTING:

  • Coaches and teams lean on Perez Elite9 Management as an independent scout and recruiter to identify and evaluate prospects for high school, college, and pros.  We work with some of the best scouts and recruiters outside of our organization as well to further help prospects and teams meet their needs.

PLAYER REPRESENTATION:

  • We have access to agents and advisors to help athlete have proper representation and support to protect the athletes best interested and rights.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TO PROSPECTS AND PROFESSIONALS:  

  • This includes making sure athletes are meeting their emotional, social, financial, psychological, and day to day human needs outside the baseball field.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT TO PROSPECTS AND PROFESSIONALS:  

  • This includes making sure athletes are improving in their baseball career needs such as physical and on field performance through evaluations, actions plans, and training.

MANAGE AND HOST DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL BASEBALL SHOWCASES, TOURNAMENTS, AND LEAGUES:

  • These our platform to allow our players, and clients showcase their talents in front of schools, universities, pro scouts, and major league teams.

ACADEMIES:

  • Our elite9 academies develop elite prospects for high school, college, and the pros.
